Dear Parents, Guardians and Community Members,

The Warren School multi-age initiative began three years ago in response to very small class sizes in certain grade levels. This initiative has now turned into a passion for Warren School teachers and students. Through our work with Dr. Sandra Stone, we have learned how powerful a multi-age, student-centered approach can be. At the discussion with Dr. Stone and parents on Tuesday evening, the teachers and I expressed our desire to expedite the multi-age rollout so that all of our classrooms become multi-age during the 2016-2017 school year. We received a positive response to this idea. Multi-age will be the topic of the next two Principal Chats. Please stop by for a cup of coffee on October 23rd at 12:30 PM, or on November 12th at 6:15 PM, to talk more about the multi-age philosophy at Warren School. In the meantime, here is a link to a multi-age video created by Mrs. Beth Ulrichsen and Mrs. Karen Brady. Enjoy!
